After this, we set goals together and I facilitate the best way to achieve your optimum health. I do not agree with counting calories or following a restricted diet without considering your lifestyle and body type. I will help you to gradually replace nutrient-lacking foods and/or poor habits with nutrient-rich foods and easily maintained as well as holistically beneficial habits.
